This 26-week journey begins with the letter Z and travels backward to A. Each week introduces core concepts using real-life objects, emotions, scriptures, and skills that apply to every age and stage.

Week 1 – Z is for Zion, Zippers, Zero

Theme: Belonging, closure, counting down to a new beginning

Week 2 – Y is for You, Yesterday, Yellow

Theme: Self-awareness, memory, and shining your light

Week 3 – X is for X-ray, X marks the spot, eXamine

Theme: Seeing deeper, honesty, discovery

Week 4 – W is for Work, Water, Why

Theme: Effort, cleansing, purpose

Week 26 – A is for Apple, Alphabet, Amen

Theme: Nourishment, language, completion with gratitude
